My all-inclusive fee is $700.

You can fill in the Notice online and print it, or download and print, then fill in by hand. If you need to email or MMS the Notice to me because you want to marry ASAP, please bring the original to our meeting.

There are 5 pages altogether. Two pages are notes to be read before filling in the form. Pages 3 to 5 are to be lodged with your celebrant.

Your Notice of Intended Marriage must be lodged with the celebrant of your choice at least one calendar month before your wedding. *
